INTELLIGENTS ONLY one man, living on 100th floor. In rainy time he anyway go to his floor but in summer and winter season he reach 50th floor and rest he go up with stairs. how?

he do like this because he want to be safe from rainy and summer because at rainy season the water gets down from the top and summer the heat get transferred to roof because of which it feels hot that's why he live in fifth floor . where the temperature is moderate bevakuff

He is short.On rainy days, he uses his umbrella to poke the button.on summer and winter season he goes up with stairs.
