We were honored to have Hour of Power favorite, Nick Vujicic, back at Shepherd’s Grove! He was interviewed by Hannah and then delivered an encouraging message to our church family. We are always honored to have him! Tune in to Hour of Power with Bobby Schuller this weekend to see Nick!
Nick Vujicic is a Serbian-Australian motivational speaker and evangelist who was born with tetra-amelia syndrome, a rare disorder characterized by the lack of all four limbs. One of only seven others across the planet to live with this disease, Nick has vehemently pursued his goal of spreading the Gospel to every person on Earth. Life wasn’t easy for Nick in his early years, despite his positive outlook. While contending with the typical challenges of adolescence, Nick fought depression and loneliness, often wondering why God had chosen him to be different. Despite being bullied, Nick began to thrive in his teenage years, giving talks to his prayer groups. He would go on to graduate from Griffith University at 21 with a degree in commerce.
In 2005, Nick founded his non-profit ministry, Life Without Limbs, and dedicated his life to spreading the Gospel to every person in the world. He currently lives in Southern California with his loving wife, Kanae, and their four children. Nick has spoken in front of sold-out audiences throughout the world, has authored several books, and continues to share his story with millions. Nick says, “If God can use a man without arms and legs to be His hands and feet, then He will certainly use any willing heart!”
