• Rh is a short form of an indication that the RBC cells contain a special type of protein in its membrane which is used for recognition of the bodies own RBC's by WBC's.

• Rh+ states it contains that protein
• Rh- states it doesn't contain that protein

• WBC use this as a marker of differentiating between own cells and different cells.

• If a person is Rh+ and is injected too much Rh- blood then the WBC's will break that foreign RBC blood corpuscule and a large amount of destroyed RBC particles will interfere with kidneys filtration system and resulting in kidney failure. Which could be fatal.
