Strengths:- I forgive easily.

I will be loyal

I will be honest unless I feel my being honest can hurt you.

I will genuinely care for you

I won't talk about anything that makes you uncomfortable

I can accept your past, whatever it maybe.( Since I have had my share of bad luck I understand)

I am frank probably too candid at times

I am sort of a tomboy ,so you can discuss me about sci-fic movies, superheroes, cricket and cricketer, wwf

I don't give importance to trivial things in life.

I value relationships a lot

I take 5 mins to get ready

I don't mind approaching you ( unless you start bragging about it later to your friends or something)

I dont believe that you should be the one paying for everytime we dine out or things like that.

Weakness:- I forgive but rarely forget

I care way too much( people have said to me stop that its bugging me)

I am impatient

I am moody

I may get cranky if a planned outing or something is cancelled

I am an idiot

My conversations swings from a to z.( I may be talking about sustainable development ,but may end up discussing the great match we saw yesterday)

At times even I forget what was the topic we started discussing

I am a chatterbox.

Answer:

Relationship-building skills are a mixture of soft skills that a person applies to connect with others and form positive relationships. within the workplace, relationship-building skills are essential for getting together with coworkers, contributing to a team and building an understanding between yourself et al..

Explanation:

  • “A relationship may be a series of interactions where a dependency and/or an expectation is created.” you'll quickly note that relationships are actually comprised of interactions. To become a relationship, however, these interactions have to create a dependency or an expectation between two or more individuals.
  • The concept of relationship strength adds to the emerging understanding of what makes successful relationships, by demonstrating that success may result from a mixture of compensatory factors, instead of a single factor. Thus, trust, commitment, and relationalism combine to supply desired outcomes.
  • Strengths are defined as character traits or skills that are considered positive. Strengths include knowledge, attributes, skills, and skills. Weaknesses are just the other. Weaknesses are defined as character traits or skills that are considered negative or not also developed.
