According to the problem given ,
Line intersecting x - axis at ( x1 , y1 ) =
( -3, 0 ),
Whose slope ( m ) = -2 ,
Equation of a line is
y - y1 = m( x - x1 )
y - 0 = ( -2 ) [ x - ( - 3 )]
y = -2 ( x + 3 )
y + 2( x + 3 ) = 0
2x + y + 6 = 0
