-Steps they took & there should be a clarification on whether they had to visit any consumer forum.
-Who attended to deal with their problems,& how was it done not forgetting the parties involved.
-Procedures that the consumers had to go through.
-Was complainant compensated or is the case still languishing in the court.
-If not,then what did the complainant did next.
