Yesterday I went out to a supermarket in my area. While shopping I observed a shopkeeper assistant who was assisting people in getting their queries cleared. I also asked him something related to store and he guided me in a bit rude way. But then he apologised for his behaviour. Then he told me about his issues. These guys work in a 12 hour shift and spend time mostly standing. Majority of people don’t even bother to talk to them politely. I told him that even if people do that, but being a representative of store he should follow ethics on his part atleast and be nice to people all the time. Also I went to the manager of store and asked them to make a small sitting place for them, they might not need to stand most of the time to which the manager agreed
