The interview can be done as follows.

Question - 'Give me a case when you handled a troublesome issue?'

Businessman - 'We had problems with our supplies in Spain and the local laws wanted us to show everything to the inspectors before being sold in the market. I personally visited the labour office and assured them of our product quality, We even provided them with some samples of our product that they tested and found to be satisfactory. Thereafter, the need for opening each and every packet was done away with that saved us from a lot of hassles and time.'

Question - 'Since when are you doing your business?'

Businessman -'I do not remember for sure, but I think I was 25 years old when I started my first company that was making readymade food packets for airlines. Parallely, I also started my soap-making factory at that time.'

Question - 'Can you share some stories of your earlier triumphs and difficulties?'

Businessman -'One of the biggest difficulties of my career has been to cope up with different types of legislations that are prevalent in different countries around the world. Anyway, now I have put up a strong team of professionals on the job who can take care of those issue. Regarding the biggest triumph, I can surely say that becoming numero uno in this country is an achievement that we all are proud of.'

Question - 'Please tell me something about your qualifications and why did you change job one after the other.'

Businessman - 'I have done an MBA through a distance learning course. I changed jobs earlier in my career so that I could get an understanding of different processes. It also motivated me to unearth different sectors and all the different ways that were followed by them.'

Last question - 'What motivates you?'

Businessman - 'Everyday life and my people who are around me at all times.'
