Do you believe that only an MBA can do managerial/administrative work? Are engineers not capable enough to do it?

For job, qualification alone is not enough. Skills are also required. In the real sense, management is the art of getting work done by the people. The people who study management courses have a vast knowledge about the administration. But engineers are more concerned towards resource production and development. They can supervise but they aren't efficient than person who had completed MBA. Engineers are capable but not as much as the MBA graduates.
