Intially,as the angle of incidence increases gradully,the angle of deviation decreases but after certain minimum value of incident angle,increase with increase in the angle of incidence

Yes . That certain value of angle called critical Angle after that the total internal reflection started taking place in this if follow the law of reflection as value of incident light increase it also increase the value of reflected  ray
