Solution :-
→ Length of rectangle piece = Height of cylinder = 22cm

→ 10 = 2 × 22/7 × r
→ 10 = 44/7 × r
→ r = 10 × 7/44
→ r = 70/44
→ r = 1.5 cm
Hence, radius of cylinder is 1.5cm
→ Total surface area of cylinder
→ Curved surface area+ 2 × base area
→ 2πrh + 2πr²
→ 2πr(h + r)
Circumference of base i.e 10cm
→ 10(22 + 1.5)
→ 10 × 23.5
→ 235 cm²
