   I hope you are feeling fresh and energetic now.  You know from where freshness comes? Obviously environment.  Let us talk about environment.  Environment is our surroundings.  It includes all the natural resources that exist around us.  That is the air, mountains, landscapes, trees, people, birds, insects, bacteria and animals.
