This proverb is mostly used to motivate ourselves and the people around us. For example, when we are disturbed by all the things happening around us and think there is no way of making it right, this proverb tells us that if we wish to turn things around then we will surely find the right way to do it

ಬೆಳ್ಳಗಿರೋದೆಲ್ಲ ಹಾಲಲ್ಲ, ಹೊಳೆಯೋದೆಲ್ಲ ಚಿನ್ನ ಅಲ್ಲ/

The proverb explains us that we should not judge anything by its appearance since it may not always be true. For example, most of the time we find ourselves judging others just by their looks but we may not be always correct in our judgement.
