Surveys are generally considered for school projects for children and for presentations for office people where as some news channels also do these to research on certain topics therefore surveys are mainly used for researching about the opinions of different people all information about different people of a society for some particular topic.

To add an introduction to your survey:

Go to the Design Survey section of your survey.Add an Intro Page from the survey BUILDER in the left sidebar.Click the text in the design to edit the Page Title and Page Description.
