Invasive species are organisms that aren’t native to an ecosystem. Humans introduce invasive species into an area on purpose or by accident. At times, organisms move into an area because of loss of habitat or other environmental changes. Do you think invasive species affect the native species in an ecosystem? Why or why not?

Answer:
yes they do.. the invasive species may break the food web that the current native species was carrying through or it may block some of the ways for the native species to bloom .. for e.g. the invasive weed echornia removes all the dissolved oxygen from the water bodies that leads to death of other aquatic living organisms..
