Advantages of Tissue Culture -
= It is Asexual mode of Reproduction as it is a fast technique the plants obtains are disease free .
=It can grow round the year.
= Its takes less maintenance as it requires very little space.
DISADVANTAGES =
Chromosomal Abnormalities occurs
It is not so common among animals because in this process a small piece of plant tissue or cell is removed from the growing tips of the plants in suitable growth medium .
