I am Bhuvanesh Kumar from Class XII of Model High School. We are celebrating our school’s 25th Annual Day this Saturday (16-Dec-2017). The function is scheduled to take place between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm. On behalf of the Principal and the management, I am writing this letter to request you to kindly preside over the function as the Chief Guest.  

I hope you will let us know your availability at the earliest. The school will make arrangements for your pickup and drop.
