Dear Sir/Madam,
We, the members of the ABC Club, would love to invite the students of your School for participating in a cricket tournament to be organized by our club for the period DD-MM-YY to DD-MM-YY. The games have been scheduled to be day-night affairs commencing after 4 p.m. so that they do not hamper with the day to day academic activities of the students.
Already, 10 local teams have shown their interest in joining for the event for a reasonable joining fee. The fund collected from the tournament would be donated towards the welfare of the local sports academy so that local children can get access to quality facilities.
