INVITATION TO ALL GENIUSES..I CHALLENGE YOU TO SOLVE THIS QUESTION..HARDEST IN PHYSICS

1. A force produces an acceleration of 2 m/s2 when applied on a body of mass 1 kg.

a) Find the magnitude of force.

b) Calculate the acceleration produced by the same force when applied to a body of mass 2 kg.

2. A truck of mass 4 × 107

kg is pulled by a force of 6 × 105 N.

a) Calculate the acceleration.

b) Find its velocity after 10 minutes if initially the truck was at rest.

1.

a)

given,

a = 2 m/s²

mass = 1kg

so,

f = ma

=1 × 2 kg m / s²

=2 kgm/s²

= 2N ( kgm/s² =N)

b)

so, ATQ

F = 2N

M = 2Kg

F = m×a

a = f ÷ m

= 2/2

= 1m/s²

2)

a) a = 15 × 10-³ m/s²

hope it helps.
