The fourth option does not have any ketomethyl group due to which a haloform reaction could have otherwise be enabled.

Hence in this case, the fourth option should be selected as it will be unable to prepare iodoform.

Iodoform is also known as triodomethane and generally it is used as a helpful agent in the laboratory. It is also used as can antiseptic. It is very much insoluble in water.
