Ionic conductance of an ion is obtained by multiplying the equivalent conductance at infinite dilution of any strong electrolyte that contain ion.
Here ionic conductance λH+ is x
ionic conductance λSO4- is y
so according to Kohlrausch's law = 
λH2SO4​ = λH+ + λSO4- = X + Y​
