Ionic Equilibrium: Why don't weak base and weak acid form a neutral salt compared to a strong acid and strong base which form a neutral salt?

Answer:

I think they cannot form neutral salts because their respective acids and bases don't release the required amount of H+ and OH- ions

I also think that they can form because they are acid and base even they form they wouldn't form salts with a stronger electrostatic force so we neglect their existence in ionic equilibrium chapter
