How much energy is required for converting 4.6mg of Na in Na ion?

No. of moles(n) = given weight/ Gram atomic weight

n = 4.6 x 10⁻³/23
Ereq = 4.6 x 10⁻³ x 495 x 10³/23 = 99J

So 99J of energy is required
