Lead nitrate is formed by reacting lead with nitric acid, so by displacement reaction it forms, lead nitrate ,water and nitrigon di oxide. When lead nitrate is heated, it due to thermal decomposition gives out metal oxide, oxygen and nitrogen dioxide
