I solved it this way.
Assume that sequence is 7,2,0,7,8,4,3, x.
Difference between 1st and 5th term..and then 2nd and 6th..3rd and 7th, and then 4th and 8th.
So subtracting 7 from 8 = -1
2-4 = -2
0-3= -3, and
7-x=-4
Thus, -x = -4+-7=-11. Thus x=11.
Your answer is 11.
