Fe(OH)2 ⇌ FeO +  H2O

Fe(OH)3 ⇌ FeO(OH) +  H2O

2 FeO(OH) ⇌ Fe2O3 +  H2O

Your answer is..

Fe+ 0 + H20 → rust

When oxygen and water is present in case of iron.; it forms rust / corrosion which is reddish in colour.
