irst of all hii guys i have a zebronics pc. before 1 month my vga cable suddenly started to appear some bad in my screen tiny blocks about 8000 in total started moving here and there and suprisingly the cable worked fine with another computers. so i bought a new cable and now again it has started to show bars(they are barely visible but i spot them ) i think they will increase

first try to increase your resolution by doing following steps

right click on desktop then choose screen resolution then click on screen resolution and increase it (an shown in the picture)

if this doesnt work try to upgrade your graphics driver by doing following steps

press start button then type device manager and open it then double click on monitors then right click on your monitors name and then click on update device driver(as shown in the second picture)

if this also doesnt work then there might be some problems in the monitor or in the graphics card
