Is 0.3 the multiplicative inverse of 3(1/3)? Why?

no..
because the multiplicative inverse means if we multiply the multiplicative inverse with the number then the value should be equal to one
so, here the value is not one
so, 0.3 is not a multiplicative inverse of 3(1/3)
