Is {(1,2) (3,4) (5,8) (1,4)} a function?

Note: If there are any duplicates or repetitions in the X-value, the relation is not a function.

Given : {(1,2),(3,4),(5,8),(1,4)}

It is not a function as I has two images i.e 2 and 4.

Therefore, the relation is not a function.
