is 1 upon 3 a zero of PX equal to 2 x cube + 3 x square - 6 X + 7 explain

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER

P(x) = 2x³+3x²-6x+7

if 1/3 is root / zero of P(x)

then :- P(x) = 0

on putting x= 1/3

so,, on taking x = 1/3 in P(x)

:- 2/27+1/9-2+7 is not = 0

so , hence 1/3 is not a zero of P(x)..
