No. 3528 is not a perfect square.

Reason:

Any number ending in 2, 3, 7 or 8 cannot be a perfect square.

However as far as the perfect square multiples of 3528 are concerned, we need to factorize 3528 to find out its smallest perfect square multiple.

3528 = 2 × 1764 = 2 × 42 × 42.

This means that to get a perfect square and the smallest multiple of 3528, we simply need to multiply it by 2.

3528 × 2 = 7056 = 84 × 84.

Thus the smallest multiple of 3528 which is a perfect square is 7056 as it is a square of 84.
