Yes it is prime number becuz any divisibility test of any number is not applicable.It is not divisible by 2 as the units place is not even, not by 3 as the addition of all the digits is not divisible by 3,not by 7 as the double of digits is not divisible by 7, not by 11 as the sum of alternate digits is not equal

yr answer is wrong. it is divisible by 13. 13^3=2197
