Yes..........
$in \: l.h.s \\ 3 - \frac{7}{0} \\ = \frac{0 - 7}{0} \\ = 0 \\ in \: r.h.s \\ 3 - \frac{7}{0} \\ \frac{0 - 7}{0} \\ = 0 = l.h.s$
