a=3

d=5

310=a+(n-1)d

310=3+(n-1)5

310=3+5n-5

310=-2+5n

5n=312

n=312/5. which is not a whole number.

Thus 310 is not a term of the AP

HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER

t = 310 \\ a = 3 \\ d = 8 - 3 \\ d = 5 \\ t = a + (n - 1)d \\ 310 = 3 + (n - 1)5 \\ 310 = 3 + 5n - 5 \\ 310 = 5n - 2 \\ 5n = 310 + 2 \\ 5n = 312 \\ as \: it \: is \: not \: completely \: divisible \: so \: 310 \: is \: not \: the \: term \: of \: given \: a.p
