8,13,18,23.........

a=8
d=13-8=5
an=402

an=a+(n-1)d
402=8+(n-1)5
402-8=(n-1)5
394/5=(n-1)
394/5+1=n
399/5=n

402 is not a term of the sequence.

no..... subtract any the larger digit from any smaller digit uh will get 5 or multiple of 5...for eg. 13-8=5......so subtract any of the above no. from 402 uh won't get a no which is divisible by 5
