\frac{64}{655}  is terminating, because when we convert it into decimal form, we get 0.0977099.

Here, in the decimal expansion of  \frac{64}{655} , we see that it seems long but at a certain digit it ends, So for this very reason it is considered to be terminating decimal expansion. As -

Terminating Decimal Expansion -- A kind of decimal expansion which has an end and which doesn't continuous.

So after knowing the definition of terminating decimal expansion, it is understood that the fraction we are provided with (\frac{64}{655}) is terminating as after being in decimal form i.e., 0.0977099, it's decimal expansion is not continuing and it has an end.

Therefore, \frac{64}{655}  is terminating and it's decimal form is 0.0977099
