84% is a decent score.. not the best but not bad either.
Moreover, all the engineering and medical colleges have a minimum criterion of 60–75% for eligibility and you have crossed that quite comfortably and you shouldn't face any problem
Having a 90%+ is obviously an icing on the cake but even otherwise it doesn't really make a difference
What is done is done. you cannot revert back in time and can do nothing to change it. Just focus on your exams and strive to be better.
