Is 88% a good score in Class 7th for a student who scored 98% in 1st to 5th class(like me)?

Yes it is not too bad and overall good as from class 1 to 5 you scored ,98% which is excellent and in 7th class you scored 88% which is also great and not bad....Nice marks scored buddy...
