Is a body acted upon by a constant force has uniform?

yes,

It is because it has a momentum, p = m v . the momentum is imparted to the second body which makes it accelerate. So even if the body is moving with constant velocity, it can impart its momentum to other body. Thus a body moving with a uniform velocity (zero acceleration) is capable of exerting force and is in uniform position.

Your Question seems not to be correct. This Question can be changed to any number of questions by just putting one word after the Uniform.

For example, If there will be Aceleration after the Uniform. Then answer will be,

Yes. This is because, Force is directly proportional to the rate of change of momentum. This on further mathematical calculations gives, force dependence of acceleration.

F = ma.

ma = cosnatnt

a = constant/m = new constant (since, mass will be constant)

This tells if Force is constant then the acceleration will also be constant or uniform.

Similarly, if there will be Velocity after the Uniform, then answer will be different.

It will like that, Force depends upon the acceleration. Since, Force is constant, this means acceleration is also the constant or uniform. Now, acceleration is the rate of change of velocity.

This means acceleration is constant means velocity must change. If it will change then it need to be change in such a way so that it have uniform acceleration.
