Snake is a cold-blooded animal.

Reptiles are considered to be cold-blooded animals as they have the ability to regulate their body temperature according to the ambient temperature.

They can take in heat and raise their body temperature when the surroundings are hot or lower their body temperature in case of cold surroundings.

Snake

Snake is a cold blooded animal.

A snake is a reptile and thus is a cold blooded animal. Cold blooded animals are those animals which cannot control their own body temperature and thus become a bit sluggish during winters or cold weathers. Reptiles especially go for hibernation during the winter. Other cold blooded animals are fishes and amphibians.
