And other two sides can be considered as Opposite and Adjacent

ie., 21 and 6

So, By Pythagorus Theorem

23^{2} = 21^{2} + 6^{2} \\23^{2} - 21^{2} = 6^{2} \\529-441 = 36\\

So 88 = 36

Lhs is not equal to Rhs

so not a right angle triangle
