goal is aim which we think that we should do that and achieve it. but wish is just an option not choice ,it may happen or not.goal is a choice which we need to get it.
goal will not change in any situation but wish will change according to the situation
for example: due to family problems,a person will change his wish like if he/she want to become doctor but due to conditions he will become an employee.
if it is a goal we will continually work for it in any situation
goal is sure to need to happen but wish is not sure to need to happen
