Answer:Ur que is not clear to me…. anyhow I guess I need to tell u first that AIPMT has changed into NEET with few new rules.

Now I think u want to know about difference in NEET & Aiims exams. Well the simple difference is that cracking AIIMS will fetch u MBBS seat in the best medical institution of India.

Regarding exam ,see the pattern of both exam is different.NEET being more NCERT oriented has low toughness level.Added the negative marking is 1/3 in Aiims while 1/4 in NEET.Lastly Aiims also has 20 GK que.
