Hey mate!!!!

All natural numbers can be written in p/q form so all natural numbers are rational numbers.
For ex:-
 \frac{1}{1}  \\   \\ \frac{2}{1}  \\  \\  \frac{3}{1}
and so on.

But all rational numbers are not natural numbers. For ex
 \frac{2}{3}
is a rational number but not a natural numbers.

So your answer is true.
