Is alluvial soil a rich soil and where are they found explain briefly.

they are of 2 types
khadar and bhangar
khadar is newer alluvium which is more fertile than bhangar
bhangar is older alluvium. it contains pebble and calcium carbonate.
they are found in Indo Ganga-Brahmaputra plain.
