According to Dalton atom was indivisible but after several experiments this theory was proved wrong and new sub atomic particles proton,electron and neutron were discovered so now atom is divisible.

Because later proved wrong as atoms can be in protons,neutrons and electrons.

Hence atoms can be divisible...
