Actually No but they can have if evolution similar to our species happens to them.

Yes ,but not more than humans. Because as we all know that on land we having the 2nd position of big thinking. And elephants has 1st position on the land who having brilliant and sharp brain or thinking skills.
So we can consider animals as on 2nd position but for elephant it is 1st.
