Answer:

Sorry, but I'm not a shotput player so I can't tell you tips.

But I know that a sportsperson, whether he be a cricketer or shotput player, he has to have a balanced diet, do a lot of practice to excel in his sports.

HEY ARMY...♥️HERE'S YOUR ANSWER...♥️

Throwing shot put may seem like the simple task of just throwing a ball as far as you can, but it is not that simple. Being able to compete and win titles requires learning specific techniques used to throw the shot put and hours of training.

The hardest part about throwing is being able to get into the proper position while in the throwing motion.

"It doesn't take very long to take the throw and it seems like it is very simple, but if you get one part to hit with the other part or one to reach a little bit out then it ruins the throw," coach Tom Wood said.

For a male, 60 feet is a heck of a throw, but 55 feet is a nice throw," Wood said. "For women 50 feet is an excellent throw and anything above that is really good."

Senior Jason Jones uses the rotational technique, a style he says that is stressful on the body.

hope it helps
