You will find some study materials and notes for free. Also you will get some demo videos free. But test series, books and full video lectures are paid one.
Edit:- But one can download past papers of JEE, NEET, boards or any other exam by creating a account in it.

Askiitians is free only for some videos and notes etc. but after sometime it will give recommendation to buy the whole app.
