Baking powder is a base.

Explanation:

We can test using indicators. Baking soda is also known as sodium bicarbonate and it is a base because when it comes in contact with turmeric it changes into reddish brown. it changes red litmus to blue thus its a base!

Answer:

Hey mate here is your answer.

Baking soda is a example of base. We can know it by testing it using any natural indicator.

For example Litmus paper. If we test Baking soda using Red litmus paper, then the colour of the red litmus paper would turn into blue colour. And if we test it using blue litmus paper the colour of the blue litmus paper would not change it's colour.
